Radhika Barman is a passionate dancer and sports enthusiast from Dakhin Chengmari, a small village in Alipurduar, West Bengal. Her journey is a beautiful story of determination, family support, sacrifice, and the courage to dream big despite limited resources.
Radhika began her dancing journey in 2020 with Kathak. However, the lockdown interrupted her training and temporarily put her dreams on hold. Yet, her passion for dance never disappeared. Whenever she heard music, she felt an irresistible urge to dance. In 2026, she decided to follow her heart and explore the dance style she truly loved—Contemporary. With this new direction, she began working harder and focusing on her goal of becoming a successful dancer.
Her greatest sources of strength are her mother and sister. Her sister became her teacher and guided her in dance, while her mother has always been her biggest supporter, teaching her to stay focused and never give up on her dreams. Understanding Radhika's passion, her mother admitted her to a dance class, allowing her to continue developing her talent.
Coming from a financially struggling family, pursuing dance was not always easy. There were times when arranging money for dance classes was difficult, but her parents made sacrifices so that Radhika could continue learning. Her father became her biggest inspiration, always reminding her to focus on her ambitions regardless of the familys circumstances. His faith in her gave Radhika the courage to believe, “I can do it.”
Radhika is not only a dancer but also a sports enthusiast who loves playing football. Her energetic personality, discipline, and determination from sports have further strengthened her confidence as a performer.
A major turning point in Radhikas life came when her sister discovered India’s Talent Fight TV Reality Show while scrolling through social media. Believing completely in Radhika's talent, her sister submitted her dance video for the online audition. Radhika was selected and invited to Roorkee, Uttarakhand, for the next stage.
Despite the financial challenges and uncertainty of travelling so far from home, Radhika's family never discouraged her. Instead, they encouraged her to focus on her preparation and performance. Her school principal also extended valuable support by helping the family arrange accommodation with a local family in Roorkee. The kindness and support they received made the journey even more memorable.
Radhika successfully participated in the audition and earned her place in the India’s Talent Fight TV Reality Show.
